| | The Rural Resort Region Early Childhood Council - Western Division provides early childhood resources for the mountain region in Colorado. (Vail, Edwards, Eagle, Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Aspen) They needed a new logo and website to represent their service and dedication. |

Solution |

|
The character and stars symbolizes the council's ability to handle many roles. The colors are based on the "primary colors": blue, red, yellow... but handled using a mature palette. The logo also reproduces very well at any size!
